AUTOMATIT INC offers a great car rental affiliate program for travel related website owners. We give all of our affiliates the ability to customize the reservation system so that it will have the same look and feel as your website. You can also view all of your reservations and commissions real time. Unlike many other affiliate programs, we allow you to create many affiliate ids under one account and track all of your reservations through that one account. So if you have 3 websites, our system allows you to create a custom look and feel for each site and track reservations uqniquely but under one account.

Car Rental Payout is $5 Per Reservation Guaranteed!

We stress "Guaranteed" because in the car rental industry there are a lot of no shows and cancellations and most companies do not pay you on those reservations. Automatit pays out on ALL reservations whether or not they cancel or no show and you get paid within 30 days from the time that the reservation was booked. Here is how the payout works:

If you make 10 reservations a day at $5 a reservation, you would make $50 x 30 days = $1,500 for the month. We would send you a check for this amount on the 15th of the month. With other affiliate programs you would normally have to wait at least a couple of months before you start to see some commission and after cancellations and no-shows you would probably only get paid on 70-80% of hotel reservations and 50-60% of car rental reservations.

TERMINATION AUTOMATIT INC reserves the right to terminate any member's relationship with the AUTOMATIT INC Affiliate program for any reason whatsoever. Termination notice will be provided via e-mail and will be effective immediately. All legitimate moneys due to web publisher will be paid during the next billing cycle. CONTENT PROTECTION You guarantee that all content, products, and services on your website are legal to distribute and that you own or have the legal right to use any and all copyrighted material. INDEMNIFICATION Member irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to indemnify AUTOMATIT INC and to hold AUTOMATIT INC harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for copyright, slander, libel, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from member's or advertiser's web pages. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL This contract will renew automatically for successive periods and may be canceled by either party at any time for any reason by notification in writing via e-mail. REMEDY If any member violates or refuses to partake in their responsibilities, or commits fraudulent activity against us, AUTOMATIT INC reserves the right to withhold payment and take appropriate legal action to cover its damages. COMMISSIONS & PAYMENT Affiliates are provided an id number, which is trackable by AUTOMATIT INC. Fixed commissions for hotels and car rentals are paid out on the 15th of every month for reservation made prior to the 15th of that month. Commissions for tours and vacation rentals are paid out on the 15th of every month for commissions collected prior to the 15th of that month. MODIFICATIONS AUTOMATIT INC reserves the right to change any conditions of this contract at any time. Members are responsible for complying with any changes to the Web Publisher Terms and Conditions within 10 business days from the date of change. DISCLAIMER AUTOMATIT INC Affiliate Program is provided on an "as is", as available basis. AUTOMATIT INC gives no warranty, express or implied, for any and all services and products provided, including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty statement expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by AUTOMATIT INC or its upstream providers. CASE OF DISPUTE You agree to settle any dispute under this agreement via binding arbitration in the state of Arizona. SEVERIBILITY If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect.
