PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Location. The Hotel Providence is located in the downtown arts district of Providence, R.I., two blocks from the Providence Performing Arts Center. Providence River is five blocks from the hotel. The Roger Williams Park and Zoo is less than four miles away and includes elephants, kangaroos and snow leopards. The hotel is in a neighborhood of late 19th century buildings.
Hotel Features. The Hotel Providence is a restored seven- story hotel built in the late 1800s. The hotel's Aspire restaurant serves American inspired cuisine with seasonal al fresco dining available. A cocktail lounge in the restaurant features a bar menu and live piano music. The hotel includes more than 4,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. This Providence, R.I., hotel features Renaissance-style décor with marble floors, Axminster-style rugs, oil paintings and antique-style furniture. The hotel includes a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, wall-to-wall mirrors, free weights, flat-screen televisions and extra towels. The cardiovascular equipment features personal wireless audio systems.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms at the Hotel Providence feature pillowtop mattresses, down comforters and Matouck bed linens. Turndown service is available upon request.
