The seafront Residences MGM Hotel 'La Villa Gardénia' is made up of half-timbered villas in the traditional Normandy style, and is located in Deauville, the principle town of the Côte Fleurie, two kilometres from the port of Trouville. The residence's 41 apartments and 23 guestrooms all feature satellite television, telephones and private bathrooms, whilst the apartments also include living areas and kitchens equipped with ovens, hobs, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Guests can work out in the cardio gym or enjoy the two hammams before taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool, while those wishing to surf the web or plan a day's sightseeing can make use of the Internet terminal (surcharge). Multilingual staff at the front desk can provide local sightseeing information, and onsite parking is available for a fee.
