Location. The Country Inn & Suites Dayton-North is located in Dayton, Ohio, six miles from the Dayton Art Institute. The space houses 12,000 pieces of art including work by Monet. Englewood Metropark is less than four miles from the hotel and offers more than 1,500 acres with trails covering more than 12 miles. Dayton was home to the Wright brothers, Wilbur and Orville. Dayton was founded in 1796 and is named for Jonathan Dayton, a captain in the American Revolutionary War who signed the U.S. Constitution.
