Location. The Hotel Oceana is located in Santa Monica, Calif., across the street from Santa Monica State Beach. The hotel is one mile from the Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Pier. Venice Beach and the University of California Los Angeles are three miles away.
Hotel Features. The Hotel Oceana's lobby features a glass atrium ceiling. The courtyard offers an outdoor pool, a fireplace, mosaic-tiled fountains, lounge chairs and café tables. The 24-hour fitness center includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bicycles and free weights. The Ocean Boardroom offers meeting space for up to 20 people. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available in public areas of the hotel for a fee. The Oceana Lounge serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails in a casual sunroom with views of the Santa Monica Bay.

Guestrooms. The 70 guestrooms at the Hotel Oceana feature Mediterranean-style décor with full-length mirrors and wooden louvered shutters that open to the ocean air. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for a fee. Rooms include MP3 player docking stations and high-definition plasma televisions. Beds offer Egyptian cotton linens.
